NEW BONUS SPECIFICATIONS

 

We are pleased to announce our NEW BONUS specifications to be included in all new Metric Homes. Energy Star Certification is now included in every Metric Home as part of this new Bonus Package for a limited time. Other new Bonus items are: flooring package upgraded so that no vinyl flooring will be found anywhere in New Metric Homes (ceramic instead), 8 pot light are now included, all closet doors are now swing doors (no sliders or bi-fold doors) and last but not last Ensuite shower are now upgraded to larger bases with ceramic and glass walls!
