Metric Builders has been involved in residential and commercial construction, renovation and general contracting for over 20 years. Metric Builders' principals are Michel Charlebois and Pierre J. Bernier.

Michel and Pierre have over 40 years combined experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial real estate development: from land acquisition, rezoning development and servicing, to turn-key finished homes and buildings, including design estimating, contracting, financing, sales and marketing, construction management, accounting and legal matters.

Pierre is a Chartered Accountant and has held several senior management positions in different new home builders and real estate development corporations, including Chief Executive Officer-Ontario and Director of Finance and Operations for the largest land development and new home builder in the Outaouais, and Director Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 10 years for one of Ottawa's largest new home builder and real estate development corporation.

With Metric Homes, Pierre's responsibilities include Office and Corporate management, Accounting and Financial functions, Sales and Marketing and Customer Satisfaction.

Michel is an architectural technologist and has directly supervised the construction of over 1,500 homes as well as several commercial projects during his career. Michel is highly qualified in all aspects of construction estimating, contracting and management. He held the position of Construction Inspector for CMHC for 4 years and has been involved in all aspects of construction management with several construction companies since then.

With Metric Homes, Michel's responsibilities include Design, Construction and Site management, Trade contractors relations, Quality control, After sales service and Customer Satisfaction.
