Michel, thank you for taking the time to be onsite today for the inspection. The inspector Liz hired was ridiculously thorough. He gave Bryce and Eric quite a hard time I think. However, as a closing remark to Elizabeth he said that he was very impressed with the quality of the house, and was also very impressed with Bryce and Eric's attitude towards resolution on outstanding items.

I'm sending you this email to express my happiness with the level of service your team has provided throughout the construction process. There are plenty of loose ends right now as we all know, but I'm not at all worried, as I know Bryce and Eric have it completely under control. I can tell they want to see it to a quality completion as much as I do. It really does feel like a team effort.

As well, I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the job. As you know, I've been a frequent visitor to the site throughout the process. A number of my friends are in the housing business and they've inspected along the way. Consistently it has been observed that a quality job is being performed.

You have built a truly great company with a best-in-class team. I look forward to when we can finish the basement. And if ever I do another build, or am asked to recommend a builder, without hesitation it'll be Metric Homes.

I'm sure that when we're moved in and the loose ends are addressed Elizabeth will send a similar message to thank your team.

In addition to Geoff's email, I just want to reinforce the point Geoff made about the great team you and Michel have built in Metric. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with each and everyone. Your team is not only knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, responsive; but in many instances, you have all gone above and beyond to meet (and exceed) our expectations. Examples from Bryce meeting us onsite within 30 minutes of our phone call on a Saturday afternoon (and then immediately contacting the roofer, who showed up 20 minutes later and then returning on the Sunday to resolve our issue); to Kristi spending hours at Mondeau on her personal time to resolve an order mix-up. With Metric, we really feel that everyone is working with us to build our dream home. The level of quality and the attention to detail that everyone exudes is simply amazing. And this also extends to your sub trades like Westboro and Deslaurier. We really couldn't have asked for a better builder.

Within minutes of our first meeting with you, Pierre, we knew we have found the builder for our home. As we told you, we have met with other builders and there was no doubt in our minds that they could have built us a good house. But there was something different about Metric Homes that sets you apart from the rest. I think it's Metric's vision to build a home where family gathers and grows in versus simply a house for people to live in. And as the project took off, our experience with Metric continued to instill confidence and ultimately proved that we have made the right choice.
