We first met early this year during our negotiating an Agreement for purchase of one of your homes on behalf of our clients. You demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a pleasant and flexible attitude in meeting our clients’ needs and expectations. Our clients were impressed by your design and the quality of construction shown in your model home. Your attention to detail was apparent.
Our clients took delivery of their new home on April 5, 2002. They were extremely satisfied and very impressed with their new home. They advised us that you allowed them to inspect their new home as often as they wanted during construction; you allowed them to change their specifications during the construction; you modified the oak railing to accommodate their decorating requirements, and most importantly, without additional charges to them.
They also indicated that their house was ready two weeks before the contracted closing date, and you gave them access to the house prior to closing to allow them to paint their basement floor and to install window blinds, garage door opener, dishwasher, central vacuum, etc.
On the moving date there were only a few cosmetic items to be corrected and we understand that they had already been addressed at that time, leaving no outstanding deficiencies.
It is truly refreshing to see a new home builder giving this level of personalized quality service and quality construction today. You explained that you are able to achieve these higher standards due to your structure as a small builder where there are two owners, each having some 20 years experience in home building and real estate development, who are fully involved in all levels of the process. Your business partner, Mr. Charlebois, is supervising the construction of every home himself to ensure the best possible quality, and addresses the customers’ needs and demands on site during the construction process.
