Good afternoon,

Erin and I would truly like to thank you for everything you have done for us. The house is everything we expected and more. Thank you Cathy for all your help in selecting colours and helping us pull the all together. We also wanted to thank Jason and Adrian for the work they did and all the long hours they put in to make sure our deadline was met. I know first hand that there were many nights where one or both of them were at the house working well into the early evening, and in on the weekends. These are they guys that usually get missed, but are extremely important in the process. You have two quality guys working for you in Jason and Adrian.

Being able to visit the site during all stages of the house being built was great. It really added to the excitement of the process to see what work had been done the week prior. I also appreciate the fact that you were always available to discuss issues we had and that we had the flexibility to make changes after the construction has already begun. This included, but wasn't limited to the removal of a wall and changing our stucco colour to better match the brick on the outside of the house. I know that Erin and I made the right choice in selecting Metric as our builder, and we will be back when we are ready to build our next house. We also constantly recommend you guys to our friends that are looking at building a new home.
