I Know It May Sound Like I Work For Them ...

Our overall experience with Metric was very positive. Their hands-on personal attention is second to none. Pierre always had a way of making us feel as though we were his only clients. We went through months on the planning stages before we even signed on as buyers and Pierre never pushed us to make a decision or gave up on all our crazy ideas. He was always quick to answer our calls and all of our questions.

They finished a week ahead of schedule, (in order to help us out) and there were very few things that needed attention!

There were absolutely no surprises; we paid exactly what we'd agreed upon.

We are very happy with the house and all the finishing touches. I know it may sound like I work for them but I can't come up with a single thing. Metric has a very good open door policy to allow the client to walk through at any time and see for themselves the progress of their new home. We visited the site every week, some days with workers working and other days no one was around. Anything we saw that didn't seem quite right, we called Pierre right away and it was dealt with immediately! Therefore there were very few problems to speak of come closing day.

Since we moved in, their after sale service has continued to be outstanding. The foreman on our job site, Marc, has been very quick to come and take care of any little problem we may have had, and there have been very few!

We, my husband Andy and I would recommend them 100%!

We would definitely have them build us another home.

Metric is a very professional company with a very personal touch! Having the two owners of the company, Pierre and Michel answer your questions and tend to your home personally makes a huge difference. We know because we built with another builder thirteen years ago!!

I could go on and on but I think you probably know now how we feel about Metric Homes.
