Phase 5 is an exclusive cul de sac of 17 lots to the north of our Sales Office. It is a mix of premium lots: some large lots for our large Home Within a Home Designs such as The Thetford, Windsor and Kanata (Model Home in Trail View), some large pie shaped lots and half with no rear neighbours overlooking the storm water pond. Although some servicing work has begun, some of the logistics for utilities are yet to be finalized. We currently expect to be able to release these premium lots in Summer 2024 once the final schedule has been established.
